Measure your heart rate in the morning first thing you wake up, it should be in the range of 60-70. If its 100 go to doctor, thats not normal.

    2. 100bpm while lying is really not great the average lying down is somewhere between 55-85 resting.
Mine is around 90-100 while walking normal speed.
100% oxygen saturation is either an inaccurate measurement due to the device used or using supplementary oxygen therapy.

    3. 100% O2 saturation is not possible, but that is the shortcoming of those pulse oximeter devices. They are for quick orientation, not so much for precise results.

100bpm is not ideal, but it depends on the context. If you were lying down and doing nothing, probably should check again. If you just climbed a set of stairs before, don’t bother.
